Resumen:
The present monograph of conclusion of the Course of Specialization in Civil procedural law,
the inquiry of some of the basic beddings of this recent figure, its localization in the order and
its legal nature, the admissibility of the measure and the treatment that comes being given to it
for the doctrine and the jurisprudence, over all to identify the hypotheses where its use in
detriment of the embargoes of the debtor has been accepted.
