Resumo:
The educational services have undergone an accelerated process of expansion, causing a significant competition among the Institutions of Higher Education (IES), requiring that they are increasingly concerned with the courses offered and with the satisfaction of their students. Thinking about this, the study aims to verify if the degree of satisfaction that the students have in relation to their course influences how they interact in the process of teaching learning. Methodologically the research was exploratory, descriptive and quantitative. The study was carried out with 85 students of the course of Accounting Sciences of the Federal University of Campina Grande campus of Sousa. The questionnaire is structured with two steps: the first one will be composed of 4 questions regarding the profile of the target audience; And the second has 42 questions related to the central theme of satisfaction. The questions were analyzed in categories, based on research conducted by Paswan and Young. Regarding the results inherent to the research, it was observed that the majority of students agree partially about the teacher's involvement, the requirement and organization of the course, as well as about the general satisfaction of the student body. From all that was approached, it is concluded that studies of this nature are necessary for the development of the courses, as is the case of Accounting Sciences. So that, insofar as we understand the need of the student body and the teaching staff, as well as the interaction between them, as well as the limitations and challenges experienced by universities, it is possible to elucidate new possibilities and to see new paths, seeking to optimize the course, The knowledge of academics and future professionals and the dynamics of teachers.
