Resumen:
This study aimed to evaluate the perception of the servers about transparency (accountabilitity)
benefits account Tenth Management Education Sousa-PB city. In order to meet the primary
objective, methods were discussed that helped develop the theme, including a literature search,
which was shown from the public administration from the beginning until the new public
administration a new model and ending showing the types of control social through the
population, research is supported by the use of questionnaires with focus group research,
employees of the Tenth Management Education. In this way are shown in the type of survey
data that helped in the development of the survey, which sought to build a path developed by
Scale Likert, which was developed by Rensis Likert (1932), this type of method provided the
necessary conditions for the people answer assessing the degree of transparency of the Tenth
Management Education. When all were gathered thirty (30) employees of the Tenth
Management Education. At the end of the study came to the conclusion that the assessment of
the employees of the Tenth Management Education on the transparency of their workplace data
