Práticas da gestão ambiental nos postos de combustíveis: um estudo de caso na cidade de Sousa-PB.

Abstract

Before the increasing of changes about industries and technologic, evidenced in the international level, there are negative consequences of the human activities human, in relation with the environment, over all of the companies. Of this form, this study was centered in this problem, which discourses on the application of the ones of the ambient management directed toward the fuel ranks in the Sousa city. The adopted methodology was a halfstructuralized questionnaire thus classifying, this research as qualitative, where the same ones had been answered by proprietors and controlling generality/president, controlling general contracted, controlling administrative-financier and for assistant of offices of the analyzed fuel ranks. Thus, It is concluded that the interviewed companies have fulfilled to the minimum of the law, which had to the paid obligations of its not observance, moreover, was evidenced that the same ones are unaware of ambient management practices, as well as, they are very on this side to the basic concepts on pollution, degradation, measured of security and management of solid residues. In addition, it was verified that for the true practical of the legislation, it's necessary a greater and better inspections for part of the Government.
