Resumo:
The signings of servers through public tenders is a demand required for the smooth
progress of services that gives rise to a concern for the area of personnel
management of public organizations with respect to the reception and integration of
these servers. Asks, if such organizations keeps a specific form of reception and
what would be the best way to offer to new servers appropriate conditions of work
and integration in the work environment without sacrificing the efficiency of the
institutions. Thus, this research sought within the area of personnel management in
the public sector to investigate the process of socialization of new gazetted Federal
da Paraiba Institute-IFPB - Campus de Sousa, in the period December 2009 to
December 2010. Porpose, initially outline the profile of the new gazetted, finding out
what the image of the organization that the server brought with it and the impact felt
by even in its process of adaptation and Lastly, investigate whether there are actions
of the institution for the sake of better socialization of servers. To achieve those
goals, initially, was conducted a bibliographic survey to identify the main
management models adopted by public administration, its characteristics and the
influence exercised by them in the management of people. By means of a
quantitative research, using case study method exploratory and descriptive and
research instrument the questionnaire with questions closed, in order to investigate
the phenomenon of socialisation in the institution. To do this, the questionnaire was
sent by email to all 53 nominated servers, within a period of one year. Of these, a
significant sample of 29 servers whose replies were statistically worked, so that he
could refute, consider and respond to inquiries from work. Finally, the analysis of the
data found that despite the search target Institution not have a specific programme of
socialization or ambiance of the servers, they stated that they were welcomed, not
felt impact on the image they had of the institution prior to its entry into exercise and
mainly felt that its potential was being well spent.
