Résumé:
This work exposes the results of the analysis concerning the Quality of Life in the
Work in the perception of the Technician-administrative of the Center of Education
and Health of the Federal University of Campina Grande (CES) - Campus Cuite-PB,
according to the Model of Walton. For obtaining of those results theoretical subsidies
were used to approach the most relevant concepts concerning the theme and soon
afterwards he/she grew the descriptive research and of field with the application of a
questionnaire based on the model of Walton. The questionnaire was sent the all the
42 servants technician-administrative of CES, however, of these 20 only answered
the research, constituting like this an accidental sampling of 47,61% of the
researched population. He/she can affirm that the profile of the technicianadministrative
ones is male, among 18 to 38 years, single, possessing a high
qualification level, in spite of the position being of medium level and they be less than
3 years in the institution. The perceptions in relation to QVT had more prominences
in the dimensions related to work conditions, use and development of capacities,
social integration of the organization and social relevance of the work, compared the
fair and appropriate compensation, growth opportunity and safety, citizenship
(constitution) and work and total space of the life, that were less representative.
Before that, he/she suggests himself that measure is taken for the improvement of
the items considered unsatisfactory, so that their collaborators are motivated and
there be the reach of the organizational goals, offering services of better quality.
