Abstract

This work has the intention to refer to the history of the Brazilian Social Service, its evolution, the role of the social worker front the problematic reality of young authors OT aeiinqueni acts wnn measure educative OT nospitaiizauon, giving particular emphasis to the work done at the Foundation for the Development of the Child and Adolescent "Alice de Almeida" - FROM FUNDAC, front the perspectives of these adolescents when admitted. The foregoing also brings an analysis of the experiences of these adolescents in the city of Sousa - PB, more specifically in Educational Center of the Adolescent - CEA with a view to unveiling the particularities of the adolescents wno meet educational measures in tne city said, uoping witn tne issue of adolescent author of delinquent acts, is inserted in the field of action of social service, and it is a challenge for the professional by complexity involving such demands. The work was carried out in a qualitative way, by means of bibliographic references, such as books, websites, leaflets, among others, in accordance with its oojective to as it nas already oeen said, and tne and tne analysis or adolescents hospitalized authors of delinquent acts, it is observed in the lived experience that the conditions to give you on these young people is still at the stage of evolution, still needs to improve mucn to wnicn tnese young people leave tnese centers or admissions modified, and it has to from first the professional, social worker and also of the entire team, in addition to encouraging state, without forgetting the support of adolescents in wants something better for them.
