Resumen:
Studies show that in the last years the Organizational Climate has become
increasingly object of study inside the companies, since this exerts great influence in
the business environment, motivating and encouraging all those that are inserted in
them. The following research had the objective of describing the influence of the
organizational climate on the work relations of a Beverage Distributor in the interior of
Paraíba. The research adopted classification as to the ends and as to the means. As
for the ends it was typified as exploratory and descriptive. The research adopted the
exploratory character, which aims to provide greater familiarity with the problem, and
descriptive, because it describes characteristics of a particular population or
phenomenon or, then, the establishment of relations between variables.
Organizational Climate surveys aim to know the level of satisfaction of employees
with the organization as a whole, as each employee plays a fundamental role within
the company where he works, the full exercise of his work and his motivation for it,
and his motivation is Relevant to the execution of their work in the design of
managers. And it was verified that the employees who work in the company, are
satisfied and feel safe in the company.
