Resumo:
amid growing demand from companies that specialize in productive microcredit operations
geared to generating employment and income for small entrepreneurs seeking microcredit in
an attempt to increase their working capital as a way to ensure the sustainability of their
ventures is that this research aims to describe factors on economic, social and financial
customers enrolled in unit 28 (Tour de Sousa - Point of care of Pombal) CEAPE-Paraiba in
order to minimize the risks inherent in microfinance productive oriented along the small
entrepreneurs do municipio de Pombal, evidenced from a research database of the
institution. In this way was done a survey data to profile of registered customers at the point
of care of Pombal who kept their microcredit operations in delays during the period 2005 to
2009. Therefore, this survey and help developers CEAPE in granting micro-credits, will
provide subsidies still able to minimise risks and maximise the hits on the time of the review
of microcredit. To obtain the results were analyzed variables social, economic and financial
affairs of all small entrepreneurs registered in the organization who kept delays by the
institution, considered so nonperforming, in addition to the analysis of these variables also
considered adimplentes clients by the institution. To this end, we have done using a
methodology essay, with perspective on quality and quantity of microcredit operations
offered by CEAPE-Paraiba next to small entrepreneurs in the municipality of Pombal.
According to the analysis of social, economic and financial was able to identify the key
factors, where the age and degree of schooling that are social factors that should be taken
into account in credit analysis time, as well as the type of product that the company offers to
entrepreneurs, the quantity of parcels and the status of clients who comprise the economic
factors and by both essential in credit analysis, already with respect to financial factors must
be analyzed with greater rigour, the value of the credit granted, the fixed asset total and the
net profit.
