Planejar pra quê? Uma proposta de planejamento na Escola Estadual de 1º Grau Pedro Américo.

Abstract

This work has as main objective to provoke a reflection on School Planning in the reality of the public school. The experience took place at the Pedro Américo State School. With this activity, we intended to seek a theoretical deepening on the issue so that, later on, we could discuss with our teachers their daily activities. The concern with this issue had its roots based on the Pedagogy course, since we had a restricted view on the subject. Thus, we intend to report, initially, how it is practiced and experienced at school, more precisely by the teachers, whose testimonies effectively contributed to our study on the importance of this educational practice. Planning, according to LIBANEO (1992) "is a space where teachers can both discuss the process of assimilation, acquisition of knowledge, the difficulties of students, classes and their own difficulties. We will try to concatenate what the theorists approach on the issue of School Planning with what happens in the daily practice of the aforementioned school, in order to provoke a reflection for its accomplishment in the school.
