Resumen:
Within my limitations of knowledge, I present this document in order to reach our teacher in a special way. The Coordinator of the Faculty of Education, Pedagogy Course, Edileuza Rodrigues Viana. To the Supervisor of the Supervised Internship of School Administration, Prof. Manoel Leonardo Nobrega. The results obtained in the Supervised Internship and its importance in the practice of theory that led me to a direct affective contact with the administration of the State School of 1st and 2nd degrees "Jovelina Gomes", which showed the great responsibility of managing in its decision-making, putting ourselves ahead of alternatives that really require capacity, integration and commitment, aiming at improving the educational process. It is necessary to emphasize that the school problem is the final objective of this work and, to make educators aware directly, in the possibility of being integrated, to build the school curriculum, aiming to achieve greater success in the planned teaching-learning activities. The internship was launched in a harmonious and understanding climate by all of the School, with a 120 hour workload, according to the planning of the eminent supervisor of the internship.
