Résumé:
In a market increasingly modern and with greater competitiveness between
companies, o e-commerce is becoming a major competitive advantage for
organizations. Therefore, the main purpose of this work is to show in a practical way
the importance of this tool that grows every day, and to identify and describe the
profile of academic students of the classroom course of Directors of UFCG, campus
Sousa / PB, while consumers shopping online, and check their means of access and
use the internet. The content of the work was due to the subject being current and
very important for consumers, and for being a theme so present in everyday life is a
relevant issue for everyone. The methodology was distributed into 5 parts: Search
Type, Data Collection, Research Subjects, Organization of characterization and
treatment of data. From what has been exposed and analyzed, it is possible to
understand the great importance that students give for this type of method when
carrying out your purchases, then the e-commerce is a process that will reach an
increasing number of people over the years and it should be used by companies as a
way to follow competitive in an increasingly demanding and competitive market.
