dc.description.resumo	A presente monografia tem como tema: “Tratamento psicológico dos vulneráveis vítimas de abuso sexual intrafamiliar”. O problema que a pesquisa busca saber é quais os métodos de tratamento psicológico oferecido pelos órgãos públicos para tratar as vítimas de abuso sexual, se eles realmente estão disponíveis e são de fácil acesso. Ao longo do texto, percebe-se que essa temática é um tanto escassa no campo teórico e no prático, uma vez que faltam leis para se assegurar a vítima, o direito ao tratamento, como faltam iniciativas públicas em parceria com profissionais adequados, para prestar um atendimento qualificado. Tem-se como objetivo principal analisar os abusos sexuais intrafamiliar perante a ótica da assistência psicológica adequada à vítima. Como objetivos específicos tem-se: traçar o perfil da vítima e do agressor; buscar legislações vigentes acerca do abuso sexual intrafamiliar de vulneráveis e investigar qual o tratamento para vítimas de abuso sexual intrafamiliar, mediante regulamentação do ordenamento jurídico pátrio. Ao longo da pesquisa, optou-se pelo método de abordagem dedutivo. Quanto ao método de procedimento, o adotado é o estudo de caso e quanto à forma de abordagem do problema a modalidade utilizada é a qualitativa, explicativa. Quanto ao procedimento técnico, adotou-se o bibliográfico-documental, pois elaborado a partir de leis, livros, internet e artigos de periódicos, com análise de conteúdo. Na produção da pesquisa, também foi utilizado o direito comparado. Estruturalmente, a monografia está dividida em três capítulos. No primeiro, será abordado o perfil da vítima e do agressor no crimes de abuso sexual de vulneráveis e qual o ambiente favorável para que ele aconteça. No segundo, faz-se um aparato das leis e medidas jurídico-sócias para que se resguarde os direitos dos menores e assim evite que se tornem vítimas de crimes sexuais. Por fim, no terceiro, analisa-se medidas jurídicas e sociais, com enfoque para o Projeto de Lei Complementar do Conselho Federal de Psicologia, visando proteger as vítimas de abuso sexual e assegurando-os tratamento psicológico, por meio de uma equipe multidisciplinar.	pt_BR

dc.description.abstract	This undergraduate thesis has as its theme: "Psychological treatment of vulnerable victims of sexual abuse within the family". The problem that the research seeks to know is what methods of psychological treatment are offered by government agencies to treat victims of sexual abuse, if they are actually available and if they are easily accessible. Throughout the text, it is perceived that this theme is rather scarce in the theoretical and practical field, since there is a lack of laws to guarantee the victim the right to treatment, as there are lack of public initiatives in partnership with suitable professionals, to provide a qualified service. The main objective of this body of work is to analyze sexual abuse within the family in the optics of adequate psychological assistance to the victim. The specific objectives include: tracing the profile of the victim and the aggressor; to seek legislation in force about sexual abuse within the family of vulnerable and to investigate the treatment of victims of sexual abuse within the family through regulation of the national legal framework. Throughout the research, we opted for the method of deductive approach. As for the procedure method, the one adopted is the case study and as to the approach of the problem the modality used is the qualitative, explanatory. As for the technical procedure, it was adopted the bibliographic-documentary, on this account elaborated from laws, books, internet and periodicals, with content analysis. In the production of the research, comparative law was also used. Structurally, the undergraduate thesis is divided into three chapters. In the first one, the profile of the victim and the aggressor in the crimes of sexual abuse of vulnerable will be addressed and also what is the favorable environment for it to happen. In the second, an apparatus of laws and legal-social measures is made so that the rights of the minors are protected and thus prevent that they become victims of sexual crimes. Finally, in the third, we analyze legal and social measures, with a focus on the Complementary Law Project of the Federal Counsel of Psychology, aimed at protecting victims of sexual abuse and ensuring them psychological treatment, by means of a multidisciplinary team.	pt_BR
