Résumé:
The Quality of Life at Work represents the need to act more deeply in the valuation of working conditions, regarding the procedures of the task itself, physical environment, relationship and organizational patterns, being directly linked to the degree of satisfaction of employees with their activities and with the organization. The purpose of this article was to assess the level of quality of life at work in the perception of employees of two telecommunications companies in the cities of Cajazeiras / PB and Sousa / PB, from the point of view of the biopsychosocial and organizational model - BPSO-96. Thus, the research is classified as quantitative, having characteristics of a descriptive and exploratory nature. The case study strategy and the questionnaire technique were used as a method of collecting empirical data. From the analysis of the results, it is possible to identify the neutrality of the employees, showing that they are neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with the QVT actions offered by the companies.
