Análise de indicadores de desempenho no setor público e sua relação com o controle social: o caso do município de Cajazeiras-PB.

Abstract

The social control is element key in a Democratic State of Right, has seen the people to be titular of all the power. As form to promote such control, the Federal Constitution guarantees ways to foment the transparency in the public sector and the administration searchs, in its acts, to take care of the public interests. The disclosure of the budgetary, financial and patrimonial situation, that if of the one through the publication of public rockings, is one of the forms of disclosure. The analysis of the countable demonstrations, through the treatment of the displayed data, allows to endow the citizen with valuable information, that effectively it are useful in the process of social control. Such assertive one if becomes still more evident when if it makes use of the analysis for quotients, more complete process and that it adds greater value to the entity. Therefore, the use of the above-mentioned technique becomes, specifically in the case of the City of Cajazeiras - PB, and is verified its tack to the displayed problem. The focus is come back toward the good management of the public resources, transparency in the disclosure of the required information and relevance of the social control for the achievement of the public purposes. The used metodological procedures you translate it in descriptive research, how much to the objectives; how much to the procedures technician, the study he is bibliographical and documentary using primary and secondary documentary sources, in order to format the case study. The analysis of the proportionate results for the application of the countable pointers to the public rockings evidenced that process of analysis for quotients lines up it the objectives of the social control, adjusting themselves perfectly the same, as its functional instrument, arming the citizen of excellent information and serving as combustible to the control process. The questionnaire application explained favorable situation to the exercise of the social control in the City of Cajazeiras - PB.
