Campo de atuação profissional: um estudo comparativo entre a percepção do profissional e a perspectiva do discente de contabilidade na cidade de Cajazeiras-PB.

Abstract

This work has as its main objective is make a comparative analysis of perception of accounting professionals who work in the city of Joao Pessoa and students from the Accounting for an IES particular in relation to market work. The aim is also to outline the preferences of students with respect areas of performance and expectations on the financial return expected in exercise of their profession or their area actuation. To carry out the work was used as the research methodology qualitative, the inductive method, the research literature and field, and sought to through this research to diagnose current status of the labor market professional accounting in the city of Cajazeiras; describe the skills and skills required for professional accounting in the labor market, outline the Profile of professional and student of accounts in the city of Joao Pessoa, and analyze the perceptions of professionals and the students about the accounting labor market in the city of Joao Pessoa - PB. We used a closed questionnaire for research, and then to draw the Profile of students and professionals Joao Pessoa, kills and competencies for the future professional accounting, the current situation profession, the importance of ethics and sustainability in the profession, the outlook for the labor market, and how is the profession today. It was observed that the areas of performance most students are sought by the audit and public accounting, the professionals consider the market in Cajazeiras good, soon the students do not even know how work all areas of accounting have a great chance to get success, it was found that both students and professionals have a good perspective on the future of organizations.
