Resumo:
Companies seek every day your space in the ever more competitive market, and, in
an environment where change is constant, there is a need to ensure competitive
advantages in order to increase its effectiveness guaranteed your space. Thus,
human capital is undoubtedly of great importance to the income of the entire
organization and allows you to create mechanisms that enable them to assess and
keeping them compactuados with the principles of the organization and is necessary
to ensure the expected professional. In this context, through a case study of a
distributor of AmBev drinks, located in Sousa PB, information was raised about his
management style, with the overall objective of checking people management
activities of Pau company Brazil and their relationship to a strategic posture.
Specifically, we sought to characterize the company from its mission, vision and
values; identify the organization's people management strategies; describe aspects
valued by the company in relation to company performance indicators; describe the
perception of the people manager for the organizational design, human capital
management and the role of human resources and finally, show the link between
people management and strategic posture. The method used was the case study,
with the methodological procedures exploratory, descriptive and literature. Were
used as data collection instrument, interview with people management analyst and
experiences during the student stage of this distributor. The results presented
indicate that one drinks distributor has their leaders focused on your skills of
management teams, using motivational as major factor meritocracy paragraph
growth and rise of the charges, developing knowledge and skills in professional
determining efficacy as well as the development professionals within the
