Abstract

This paper titled Contributions to the Guardian Council effectively guarantee the rights of child and adolescent aims to demonstrate the contribution of the guardianship counselor practices for effectively guaranteeing the rights of children and adolescents. The methodology used was to search literature and documents, in order to know the importance of child protection agency, which is essential in every city, as governed by the ECA. The Child Protection Council is an autonomous, permanent and non-jurisdictional responsible for promoting the company to ensure compliance with the rights of children and adolescents. This is a professional space that moves in the dynamics of the new democratic reality in Brazil, which has repercussions for the protection laws, based also on respect for citizenship and full protection of social being. The results point to a reflection on this whole process, involving the instrumentation needed in daily guardianship counselor in their actions, actions, contributions, and other attributions regarding the process in study.
