Abstract:
The present work analyzes the difficulties faced by most schools
public in carrying out a planning that will adapt not only to the school reality but also to the student class and the community to which it belongs.
The theoretical framework used for this study located in the educational area, has
as support for the theories of the works of Dalmas, 1994; TURRA,
1992; VIANAtm6; VIDAL} 1989; ZAGURI, 1988; SANT'ANNA and others 1986. This
monograph based on the concept: "Participatory Planning at School" We contemplate two schools in the interior of Paraíba as an internship field; Cajazeiras and Aparecida, for counting these, through systematic observation and questionnaire (annex I), great difficulties in the elaboration and execution of the planning. We wonder about the causes that lead teachers not to elaborate and execute planning and how
we would change this situation with respect to participatory planning.
