Resumen:
The objective of this study is to seek the factors of job satisfaction of employees in the
industry of call in the Provider. The motivation can be considered as an intrinsic factor to
persons within the organization and method used to improve the professional performance.
The knowledge of these factors is directly linked to the quality of the service performed thus
helping the company to identify the need for changes to be made to improve productivity
through motivation of individuals. To investigate the factors that cause satisfaction was
developed a study of exploratory and descriptive sight, so a quantitative research, where a
questionnaire was applied in order to collect the data, followed by data analysis. Following
this data, the factors as causes the employees satisfaction at the work are: the growth
opportunities that the company offers, recognition, interpersonal relationships, cooperation
between employees and incentives. Likewise, we identified factors causing job dissatisfaction,
as remuneration, lack of instruments to work and the place where the employees are installed.
This work was completed suggesting new research involving motivation and remuneration,
because despite being considered as intrinsic factors of satisfaction, dissatisfaction caused by
extrinsic factors influence the behavior of individuals.
