Abstract

Now the General Regime of Social Welfare (RGPS) in Brazil, it presents a great demand and great difficulties in supplying the basic needs of most of the workers and retired and pensioners of the country. The incentive to the Own Regime of Social Welfare (RPPS) it can represent an alternative for the subject previdenciaria in Brazil. The present work objectifies to do a I confront among the Regimes and a financial evaluation brought with the implantagao of RPPS for the public entity, in the municipal district of Sao Jose of the Pond Close-PB in the years of 2007 and 2008. Starting from one it analyzes done at the institute of welfare of the municipal district of S. J. of the Closed Pond, IPESSJ and in MPS, tends as the following general objective: to analyze the financial aspects for the public entity with the implantagao of the Regime Own Social Welfare (RPPS) in the municipal district of Sao Jose da Lagoa Tapada - PB. The specific objectives already divide in: to do a simulation of as it should be I pay to the INSS case the municipal district it was governed by RGPS in 2007 and 2008, to Identify the financial difference of payments with welfare in the year of 2007 and 2008 in the municipal district of Sao Jose da Lagoa Tapada, to evaluate as it went I pay with referred benefits us years.
