A fatiação do processo de impeachment como ofensa ao princípio da segurança jurídica.

Abstract

This paper addresses the current issue of the impeachment of former President Dilma Rousseff specifically analyzing slicing of political and administrative sentence imposed and demonstrating the unconstitutionality of the decision, still doing a case study in order to demonstrate the way in which the slicing of the sentence imposed offends the principle of legal security in the country and open gaps for other situations may occur maneuvers in the law aimed at protecting other individual and collective interests. It is also analyzed from this decision in the process of impeachment the way it influences the society's trust towards the democratic rule of law and its institutions, affecting its credibility and leaving the population to drift over the application of national laws when they are regulating the daily legal relations, making an open question with regard to its application in the real sense of the rule laid down by constituent at the time of preparation.
