Resumo:
In an attempt to address the competitiveness that every day increases, the digital
marketing plays an extremely important role in business and is used as an integration
and customer relationship tool. Strategies in social networks has a crucial role to
closer relations, leaving the increasingly closer to their clients, so the same actions
need to develop effective marketing in order to maximize your results. The aim of this
work is to study the actions of digital marketing in social networks used by companies
in the electronics in the city of Sousa - PB. To reach the objective of this study was
applied research and exploratory, descriptive and explanatory character, the means
for data collection was a questionnaire consisting of closed questions. The survey
results show that companies use digital marketing, as well as steps toward a better
relationship with the client, aiming at market competitive advantage. Social networks
are used by companies as integration with customers and also advertise products
tool, so that there is this approach to companies use the forces of digital marketing,
particularly the approach with clients and globalization in the dissemination of images
and videos through of social networks. Although it was found that the low cost
compared to digital marketing strategies is a major factor that leads companies to
turn their efforts in creating marketing initiatives targeted to reach competitive
advantage.
