Resumo:
The phenomenon of the employment and your relation with education come growing
quickly in Brazil. One uncovered that characteristic as self-trust, determination,
dynamism, capacity to take calculated risks and passion for what it makes, they are
some of the abilities found in the people of success, being able to be taught and to be
developed throughout the life for any individual, independent of vocation, formation, or
performance in the work market. This study it had as objective main to analyze the
possibility to spread out the enterprising culture in the Institutions of Superior Education
(lES's) of Cajazeiras/PB, through the introduction of disciplines of enterprising in its
courses of graduation. For this, a data-collecting on same and the profile of the
controllers was carried through and it's positioning ahead of the proposal, using itself the
exploration method through questionnaire. From the gotten results, it was observed that
although to agree to the benefits of the diffusion of the enterprising culture for the
personal growth of the pupils and its relation with the education and the economic
development of the community, the directors who had participated of the research had
revealed contrary to the insertion of it disciplines in its respective courses of graduation.
The necessity was identified then to promote one better presentation of the proposal
and the methodologies adopted currently for some Institutions of reputation in the
country, through the quarrel of the subject, involving all the academic community,
represented for the professors and local learning of the lES's, provoking by means of
seminaries and lectures of sensitization, the wakening for the importance of the
enterprising education.
