Resumo:
At work were shown the effects of the EC 41/2003 brought to the public servant and
how these changes have affected the taxpayer. Were also presented the benefits that
Social Security offers its taxpayers and how to be entitled thereto. It aims to highlight
what benefits included in most Social Security from the triennium 2006-2008, as their
main focus of the government today is social security deficits. It is a comparative
analysis between the beneficiaries of social security that could be identified and shown
through graphs and tables to high costs of benefits in the triennium 2006-2008. As also
discussed the importance of contributing to today and contribute to the future, it is
easier to achieve your retirement. Also demonstrated the importance of the counter
understand and inform the social security legislation and not just a counter debit and
credit. The results showed that in relation to the analyzed values of pensions for years
of contribution, age and disability, had a considerable increase. The number of benefits
as a survivor increased during these three years, since the number of sickness benefit
had a deficit since the year 2007 the number rose and fell in 2008. The aid-seclusion,
the value increased during the three years and the value of aid, accident also had
increased during the three years analyzed.
