consequences have drawn attention in several parts of the world, causing mainly
concerns the damages which carries. To the facilities brought about by globalization
have made criminals expand their practices to the point of a single State does not
have more means to be sufficient to curb and prevent his actions. The crime of
"money laundering" is a sociological problem, but your old criminalization is booked
in relation to other and expansion of possibilities of penalty was an achievement that
came with the passage of time. In the face of proportions arising from conduct
criminal it is necessary to deal with the existing national and mechanics, if supra nationally for your fight. Consideration shall be given to the essentiality of improve

improvement from the international penal cooperation plan between Nations. Such
