Résumé:
Assess on the last decade, occurrence of gradual changes in society which
influenced in process of the globalization, creating innovative ways of perception of
society as a whole. The result is the perception of a new appeal of production it must
be managed, the intellectual stock. Thus, this scientific work is focused in a study
about impact of intellectual stock on the organizational performance, because actions
of education and training of professionals of enterprises Vale, Gerdau e Petrobras, in
according his social stock. Also, this search talk about theories concerns intellectual
stock, in putting in evidence the importance of a society turned for the knowledge,
competences and abilities, having in humane stock, a alive appeal and intelligent,
with the possibility of boost the other production factor. This intangible appeal is able
to support the development and capacity of increase of productive process, in
affording benefits and competitive advantage for companies. Moreover to attest the
types of measurement and the parts of the intellectual stock, thus forming the theory
base. The study is a quantitative and explorative research, is focused in to analyze
economic impact in intellectual stock in performances of chosen enterprises. But,
throughout result of search is confirmed which intellectual stock deserve attention
especial, because has the power of add value of market, and so, to favor, a
satisfactory development of enterprises in the economic field.
