Resumen:
The story reports that in the Industrial Revolution, with the globalization of markets and
constant technological progress in the world, companies were gradually being guided by a
set of laws, rules, regulations and other requirements, so that relevant directs all sectors of
the organization, such as tax, fiscal, social, environmental and labor. This new scenario, now
requires new strategies of managers, high capacity to adapt to changes and primarily look for
information which might assist in decision making. Given that, the Planning labor emerged as
an instrument able to properly direct the actions and decisions of managers in relation to its
labor, and provide management information needed to combat potential threats that the
company faces in its environment both domestic and foreign. Such planning includes
important points that should be well analyzed and evaluated by management and the choice
of official right, the best form of recruitment for the company, best way to shutdown, Stock
hours, safety and occupational health, labor and other routines. In this sense, our objective in
this study is whether there is labor in planning dairy companies in the city of Sousa-PB, To
do this, we performed a bibliographic study, field research and a quantitative descriptive
analysis of the data. Used as data collection a questionnaire answered by managers of 4
dairies of the city of Sousa-PB. According to the results, it was found that although some of
the companies interviewed use some strategies for labor, none of them have a set labor
planning, then losing the benefits it can provide the business, especially if working with other
planning.
