Resumo:
In the current context in which the service sector is inserted and with the advent of
globalization managers began to feel the need to be increasingly giving more evidence to
date training and development. In this sense the main objective of this study is to identify the
offices of the city accounts Sousa PB implement and evaluate their training programs and
staff development. The methodology used is exploratory and descriptive. A sample of 12
(twelve) professional offices with their respective accounting officers, was used for the study,
using qualitative and quantitative methods. At the end of this study can be concluded that the
companies surveyed use assessments moderately giving more emphasis on some points
such as change of behavior and results.
