A pseudorrepresentação das mulheres na política no cenário brasileiro e a crise da representatividade: uma análise da Lei n° 9.504/1997.

Abstract

Since the redemocratization of the country, has been challenged the participation of the female figure, not only as citizens, but as individual able to participate effectively in the Organization of the State and society, adding to the development of public policies for women, able to make up the formal right. Given this, the present study discusses the crisis of representativeness that permeates the current political universe, taking some weak points in a introspection more concrete of the female figure in this conjecture, thus leaving, a loophole in social paradigms and issues that would be better represented, gaining strength in Congress. The research focuses on the historical evolution of the fight for women's suffrage, the prospects and obstacles of Law number 9.504/1997 (Election law), the influence of the media means to perception of woman as subject and holder of the same political rights, and highlights the conditions of marginalization of women within the political scene, heritage of patriarchy that resides in society.
