Resumo:
The retail pharmacy sector is constantly influenced by elements of the external
business environment, whether by laws, regulations, competitors, or even
opportunities arising. It is a promising sector that is growing every year and attracting
more investors themselves. Before this study sought to identify which elements of the
external business environment in pharmacies based in the city of Sousa, PB. This
study is characterized as a quantitative, descriptive literature and held a universe of
29 managers of pharmacies in the city, according to the AGEVISA (State Agency for
Sanitary Vigilance), office Sousa - PB. The research results have identified elements
that influencers management are: the tax burden, the burden (ANVISA, AGEVISA
and CRF) and competition. And these elements impact the management of
organizations, with a reduction of sales, decreased customer, declining profit, also
found that the elements have positive influence, as the case of PFPB (Popular
Pharmacy Program in Brazil), Associations, laboratory programs that impact the
company with the increase in sales, number of customers, best bid, differentiating the
drugstore market. It was also found that the way the company is affected depends on
the manager's decision in the case of SNPGC (National System of Management of
Controlled Products), that it is a regulation of ANVISA (National Health Surveillance
Agency), but is identified as an implement, which increases sales, stock control and
deference to the organization in the market.
