Resumen:
The current political landscape-Brazilian, unfortunately, administrative has presented
itself as a fertile field for criminal practices characterized by doctrine as white collar
crimes. Thus, the present work aims to make some considerations about this type of
crime, in order to analyze the effectiveness of formal and informal social control on
crimes in this category occurred in Brazil, whose jurisdiction of trial is affects the
Federal Court. Specific objectives of the research points to the need to expatiate on
the white collar crimes and their theoretical and dogmatic specificities; addressing the
effectiveness of outreach activities and the federal State in the exercise of control of
this type of crime and also check the concreteness of the mechanisms used by
federal institutions of control, from the analysis of a study. This construction is
intended to respond to the problem: the activities of the organs of social control of
white collar crime is effective, given the specific nature of this type of crime? The title
chance points that, for implicit and explicit factors to the subject investigated. For the
preparation of the work, will be employed the deductive research method, since the
research will be drawn from a general analysis on the topic, profiling for specific
analysis, from a descriptive not experimental construction and quantitative and
qualitative. As for the research technique will be used, besides the bibliographical
and documentary, observation, through data collection in order to obtain the
necessary responses to the problem investigated. The corpus that the search handle,
demonstrates the need for scientific research, as the inherent thematic interest, from
the assessment of the legal object hit by criminal types, that is, the dignity of the
human person.
