Résumé:
Those who have already disincarnated, by means of a medium, can send
messages through psychographed letters, which often help in elucidating a
crime. They write in intent to acquit the accused of their deaths, causing a
conflict between the faith and the judiciary and the most diverse doctrinal
controversies. This work introduces the possibility of accepting this means of
proof in the Brazilian Criminal Procedure, in detriment of the principle of the real
truth, of the ample defense, of the probatory freedom, of the system of the free
conviction of the judge, as well as demonstrates it does not consist of unlawful
or illegitimate proof, once compared to various legal provisions which deal with
the matter of evidence. The methodological instrument used in the present
research was of qualitative nature, considering the social characteristic of the
present study, specifically based on the knowledge and in the study of several
