Resumen:
The quality of the human being is related to his moral conduct as well as to ethical values in relation to their behavior in society. In a professional context, it is noted, among several guidelines, it is important to avoid dishonest or corrupt attitudes, causing injury to others. Thus, in the public sector ethics is considered from the principle of morality related to the idea that it should not be limited to individual or particular motivations, but of society in general. Given these facts, this study aimed to analyze the perception of the students of Accounting and Management UFCG, Campus de Sousa, as the Ethics in the public sector. For this, we used a field research, using descriptive and bibliographic methodology. Checking the results of the analysis, the civil servant is responsible for their actions within the organization, and values becomes an important reference for society. Thus, it becomes essential that the servers form a conscience guided by moral principles, making them worthy and deserving of respect and trust, for only thus provides quality services. Given the above, it can be concluded that the survey showed perceptions of students about ethics in the Public Sector, getting a positive result, which mostly relate to the concept of ethics honesty and respect, but they have a good picture of services in this sector, because they feel inadequate as the State's actions to promote ethics in public service. In general, these students are aware that ethical conduct in public service is related to the individual's moral principles, which involves a good social and family background.
