This is an experience report with a qualitative and descriptive approach to matters experienced by the author on the occasion of the tenth period of the course of Bachelor of Nursing during the Supervised, which is an academic activity very enriching, contributing directly to the formation of the profile professional. This research takes as its objective to report, reflect and share the experiences of the students in supervised training with a focus on men's health clinic at the University Hospital Alcides Carneiro, in the period from 04 July to 26 August 2016. During the experience in the hospital sector students experienced some positive points, including a good relationship with the medical clinic staff, and partnership with students from other campuses UFCG that favored the sharing of experiences and knowledge, which is essential in the profession, as ever we will act alone , but as a team, this partnership contributed enough to overcome the feeling of fear and apprehension demystifying the vision and the negative concept that the hospital sector went to the student. As negative points were as the nursing record is insufficient in most cases, missing important information about the patient's condition, and that the instrument of Systematization of Nursing Assistance is not completed daily in the sector. There are gaps in communication between health professionals affect the quality of care. These problems can probably be linked to flaws in the work process. The Supervised stage really provided relevant quantitative opportunities for carrying out technical activities, assists and management practiced by the nursing staff, which almost has supplied all the accumulated deficit during the graduation. It was possible to reflect on the role of the nurse in the hospital sector, the powers conferred upon it, and the effort shown by them in the performance of the entire assistance humanized and qualified manner during intense shifts. The forty days that the student remained in the sector, helped a lot in the process of building their self-confidence and creating links with other industry professionals, also stressing the importance of the supervising teacher on stage, and their factor guidelines taxpayer and determining success the same, preparing students for the challenges related to the practice of their profession.
