Résumé:
The fight against organized crime is something that has been discussed
thoroughly, and were developed legal mechanisms for this purpose. Law 12.850 /
2013 has become an important tool in the fight against criminal organizations for
the regulation of winning tipoff. This study has the objective of analyzing the way
that the award-winning whistleblower can act benefiting the fight against corruption
made in the way organized crime and how it works in the Brazilian legal scenario.
The plea bargaining is presented as a more favorable alternative to this fight,
which justifies its research to promote understanding of how they can assist in the
resolution process of qualified crimes, as well as in the fight against organized
crime in its entirety. The methods used in the preparation of this study bring
characteristics of an exploratory study, by writing literature review on the subject,
with a qualitative analysis of the data, which will be presented in chapters. The
approach was inductive. For the study were used online sources and legal
journals, and updated books on the subject. the award-winning tipoff terms and
criminal organizations were used to compose the initial search, and other terms
used to form the basic framework for the subject. According to the literature, the
award-winning snitching is a valid way of obtaining evidence if well used.
Following the appropriate means, it presents itself as an effective tool in combating
organized crime. Finally, it is expected to contribute, through this study, with the
development of such matter, favoring the growth of studies in the area to enrich
the debate, with the main objective to enrich the treatment of the subject.
