Análise econômico-financeira das demonstrações contábeis da Empresa B2W – Companhia Digital.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the economic and financial situation through the financial statements of the company B2W Digital Company, explaining the growth of e-commerce and analyzing through various indices if the company and the virtual market are good investments. At work a case study company B2W Digital Company, where he was made a documentary research, using the financial statements of the company in the years 2011 to 2013 data collected were subjected to analysis and calculated using the formulas of the economic- financial indices was conducted where these calculations was evidenced by the situation of the company in the years studied, and that it does not present insoluble, have its financial freedom compromised by needing much capital from others, regarding the cyclic operating the company had an improvement in three years, and last year almost all of the company's operation was funded by suppliers, since the rates of returns proved unsatisfactory in relation to sales growth, but it has its justification in the losses presented from of 2011 to 2013, but the company works to reverse this situation in the coming years and must perform a series of measures to reverse the damage. So even with the results shown by the company so investors can consider the virtual market a good investment, since this has grown and is growing materially in the last decade, and also because of the new habits of consumption, that is evolving along with the new technologies.
