Resumo:
The current research had the general purpose to analyze the management of
logistics performance indicators in the supply chain of a retail auto parts on Sousa
city – Paraíba. Therefore, by a single and holistic case were extracted information
that supported the survey results. The main results of the study showed that the
service indicator was considered the most important in relations between the
company and its suppliers. Despite the company claim that its management model is
guided by quality, this dimension was not considered very important in the company's
relationships with its suppliers. It is suggested that the methodology of this research
is conducted in other auto parts companies, also it is needed to heard the other part
involved, wich is, the the suppliers. Thus, it is expected that an arrangement of
straightening indicators logistical can be created and that can contribute to add value
for companies, suppliers and end customers.
