Abstract:
Based on the database of Banco do Nordeste SA regarding the rise of microfinance in our country over time can be noted that several specialized companies emerged in productive oriented microcredit as a means of generating employment and income for small operations informal sector entrepreneurs seeking microloans in an attempt to increase its working capital in order to ensure the sustainability of its projects is that this research aims to describe economic, social and financial factors of registered clients in care unit Sousa ( client Portfolio City of Santa Cruz -PB ) in order to minimize the risks associated with granting , analysis and release of productive microcredit to small entrepreneurs with the city of Santa Cruz , evident from a survey in the database of the institution . Thus, a survey was done of data in order to profile the registered customer care unit in Sousa (portfolio of customers of the City of Santa Cruz) who maintained their active microcredit operations during the period 2011 to 2013. Therefore, this research in addition to helping employees CrediAmigo in microcredit, still provide subsidies can minimize the risks and maximize the hits at the time of grant, credit analysis as well as at the time of release of the credit. To obtain the results social, economic and financial variables for all small entrepreneurs registered in the Organization who remained active at the institution were analyzed. To do so, made use of a literature methodology, perspective on the quality and quantity of microcredit operations offered by Sousa, ParaíbaCrediAmigo next to small entrepreneurs in the municipality of Santa Cruz city is met. According to the analysis of social , economic and financial variables was possible to identify the key factors , where the age , education level and gender of clients who are social factors which must be taken into consideration at the time of grant and credit analysis in addition to the type of product that the company offers entrepreneurs , the number of installments and the level of structure of the enterprise and customers that make up the industry and economic factors essential for both the granting and credit analysis , since with respect to financial factors , the active portfolio of clients were analyzed, due and unpaid benefits and operations more than ninety (90 ) days late.
