seeks to meet the market demands, and meet the needs of the company. In this sense,
knowledge of the competences of the teacher is necessary for the proper performance
of the teaching and learning of students. Thus, this study aimed to evidence the
satisfaction and expectations of students of Accounting Course UEPB - Campina
Grande campus and UFCG - Sousa campus, in relation to their teachers. Using

results that teachers received a higher value of 50% of the scale, this means that their
skills are satisfactory in view of their students. Regarding expectations, the analysis
showed that a lower satisfaction experienced by these students overall average
showing in this case that these students are more satisfied with the actions taken by
their teachers, and so are less prospects related skills and attitudes thereof. Some
attitudes, skills and knowledge were highlighted in the perception of most students as
incentives, influences, travel plans, support material, organization, initiative,
interpersonal skills, knowledge related to the course content applied, among others.
