Resumo:
Since the 1988 Constitution emergence, with the advent of democratic estate of law
in our country, the public security organs began to reassert itself on the law of
operators list. This study deals with the training of Paraíba police, specifically about
the hierarchy of Military and Civil Police. Through this work will be done a comparison
between the formation of these two professional classes, talking mainly about the
difference between the hierarchical way formation process of these cops, and how
that training influences on the action of these agents in the society. In this context the
approach to be used in the present work is deductive method, in other words, It will
be from a general analysis of the formation and structuring of Paraiba police, in order
to analyze the differences and particularities in their hierarchy as well as the
operation mode of these agents to guarantee order public. It will be used as the
bibliographic procedure method on the all monographic work, through doctrines
concerning the structure of the military police and civil, as well as fundamentals of
criminal and administrative law, and understanding the doctrine, jurisprudence and
legal provisions.
