O papel da mulher na luta e na conquista da terra no Brasil.

Abstract

The theme of this monographic work is "the role of women in the struggle and conquest for land in Brazil". The research problem consists of knowing how women's organizational processes have been organized around the struggle for land, and to understand the extent to which the composition of this struggle alters the life of men and women differently, after all due to an unjust landowner system , excluding and patriarchal, these are still deprived and underprivileged of access to land. The general objective of the research is to demonstrate that the insertion of women in the struggles for land based on a feminist theoretical framework still contributes, even if partially, to the disruption of social invisibility making possible the protagonization of the gender struggle in rural space, since it problematizes the hierarchies of gender, places women in the public space, helps to denaturalize the sexual division of labor and allows the constitution of women as a human being worthy of rights and as a rural worker. The method of approach presented by the research is the deductive. As for nature, research is qualitative. Bibliographical-documentary research is adopted, as a technical procedure, the direct and indirect treatment of the sources, based on the techniques of document collection and content analysis.The research provided considerations and reflections about the capacity for social changing through the formation of rural movements that, when discussing gender issues, contribute to the subjective empowerment of rural women and the recognition by the State as a person with rights.
