Résumé:
Bullying is an abusive practice in the work relations that expose the worker on a
humiliate situations and harassment, this situations can offend the dignity and
psychic and emotional integrity. In this way, the study developed on this work has a
goal to analyze the picture of bullying and his juridical and social repercussion into
the workers relations, evaluating its juridical concepts, as well the legal device that
aim change this reality to get a better perspective of the theme. The importance of
the theme justify itself by the resolution problem search, considering that is not
enough researched and by the notable juridical relevance, because of his polemic
character. So, it must be comprehend due to the injurious consequences that it input
into the victims, so that, only conscious of the gravity of this phenomenon, it is
possible prevent this practice, that destroys the personal relations into the work
space. The monographic propose will send the activities beyond the theory describe
methodology, involving the main questions about the theme sub examine,
appreciating them under an exploratory perspective. For that, it will use primarily both
bibliographic researches on important works in the Constitutional Law and Work Law.
The approach method will be deductive, staring from general formulations for that it
can focus on the central thematic to be approached. It conclude that the
phenomenon character itself for to be a disowner behavior in the social ambit, in view
of that attack against the human dignity and the social values of the work.
