Abstract:
The Brazilian judicial service should seek to ensure maximum
efficiency in the shortest period of time to become a really quick service, fast and
simple, and it needs to develop mechanisms that mitigate the delays it has faced.
The legal system has been increased by principles, values and standards that
attempt to ensure faster service and effective, such as the law that established the
Special Courts Federal. However, they no longer serve their purpose satisfactorily,
requiring improvement of mechanisms to promote their principles of speed, judicial
economy and efficiency. So, with foundation in the principles that guide these
agencies, applying the theory Mature Cause it is argued under the Federal Special
Courts as a means to ensure the rite celerity, simplicity and efficiency.
