Résumé:
In 2010, Haiti suffered a major environmental disaster, a massive earthquake struck mainly the capital, Port au Prince. Given this and the sharp political and economic problems, most of the inhabitants were forced to move in search of better living conditions, having as one of the destinations Brazil. The focus of this work is concentrated around integration and assistance given to these displaced, specifically, the protection of Haitian, that although they are a minority among the displaced and can not be excluded from protection and care. The research was based on deductive reasoning which the procedure was the monographic and comparative. Having by research techniques work the indirect documentation, essentially, based on the literature and also in documentary research. Brazil assumed the commitment and help protect refugees / IDPs who were in the country, it is essential to research whether Brazilian public policies for this female minority d emigrants are being effective. In this context, we see the importance of checking the proper integration and standardization on the subject as a way to assist this population already so worn out, making clear the need for this study to society as a way to guide the humanitarian social development as a whole , based on the principle of human dignity and with the primary purpose of spreading of fundamental rights and guarantees. Finally, it is concluded that only occur further development of humanitarian vision for displaced Haitian if come a concrete action in pursuit of human rights through cooperation between States and International Organizations, in seeking to ensure social rights necessary for integration and protection of environmental displaced, working together with auditing standards and their political actions, which must seek greater efficiency in the Brazilian plan of support and integration.
