O perfil do professor contábil: um estudo sob a percepção dos discentes do curso de Ciências Contábeis da UFCG da cidade de Sousa - PB.

Abstract

The higher education is responsible for the egress of thousands of people with degrees in several areas and are trained to meet the needs and demands of a globalized world. In this sense, knowing the profile of the teacher is necessary for the proper performance of teaching and learning of students, these future professionals. In the case of the profile of a teacher book, it must have an adequate knowledge to enhance the capacity to provide information that improve student achievement. In This way, this study had as objective to demonstrate the general perception of the learners the UFCG regarding the necessary competence to judgment of a good accounting professor. Using the methodological procedures the bibliographic research, descriptive and field research, being applied a questionnaire to possible evidence of the course of accounting the UFCG, campus Sousa-PB. Checking up on the results that students recognize that the institution offers quality education, by having a faculty able to take a classroom. It is clear, through a better understanding of the characteristics of teachers who are most valued by students, teachers have a continuing education, always improving, seeking to offer students effective learning. With this, we can say that the students are really interested in the conditions of teaching-learning that the teacher has to offer.
