Resumen:
The anti-union conduct consists in acts that violate Freedom of Association, either at
an individual or collective level, affecting the worker and the labor union. This
behavior goes against internationally guaranteed rights, hindering the free activity of
entities and workers' rights. On this track, the study to be developed in the present
work aims to analyze the harmfulness of conducts that violate the Collective
Freedom of Association, which directly affect the entities, either in its organization,
representation or social work. Collective Freedom of Association is fundamental for
the consolidation and strengthening of authentic entities that act seeking better living
conditions for workers. The constant demands of the representative bodies are a
driving factor for social progress. The importance of the subject is justified by the
importance of protecting the collective entities against aggressive conduct, which hurt
the social values supported by national legislation as well as the international
guidelines and conventions. This issue should be understood in view of social
consequences they entail; for only through entities representing the community,
supported by the Freedom of Association Principle, it is possible to fight for better
conditions of life and work, promoting social development. The monographic study
will present its activities through the theoretical and methodological approach,
presenting questions on the sub examine subject on an exploratory perspective. For
this sake, large library research will be used on important works of Collective Law
and Labor Law. The inductive approach method will be used, starting from a
particular issue to a broader.
