Resumen:
The present work speaks of international adaption , one of the themes of great importance in
the juridical scenery, being, in this way, impriscindible, describing and analyzing the institute
of International Adoption, that deserves respect for being a form of lowering the number of
child’s and teenagers that find themselves helpless and private of familiar living. For such, it
has been utilized bibliographic researches, texts and related articles, beyond legislation,
protocol and conventions. The study begins with a brief history of adoption, concept, juridical
nature, child and adolescents rights and the importance of a substitute family. After most, it`s
analyzed International adoption on Brazil, aboarding concepts and requisites, as international
adaption on the Federal Constitution, on the Estatute of Child and Adolescents and in the
Haia Convetion. It`s highlighted, yet, the crimes on matter of international adaption, such as
child’s and teenagers international traffic. Endingly, it`s made an invitation towards the
reflection about International Adoption , which is a juridical institute that has been lowering
in numbers on Brazil, leaving child’s and teenagers alike waiting for a home, and demanding
of the father legislation measures that make possible better repression and punishment for the
criminals.
