Abstract:
This monograph is an analysis of the police infiltration technique as a means of
obtaining evidence, that allows the institution of police investigations to elucidate
offenses involving organized crime. Analyzes the historical and evolutionary aspects
of organized crime in Brazil and, consequently, led to the publication of a law to
combat this type of criminal offense. This law, n ° 9034/95, which for many years was
the scene of intense debate among jurists of the area was silent and concise when
was the investigative techniques hitherto provided, why was repealed by the recent
Combat Crime Act Organized, Law No. 12,850 / 2013. Through this work, it is a study
on the applicability of the Institute of infiltration of police officers under the aegis of
the new law and ends exposing relevant points involving the investigative measure
contained in Law No. 12,850 / 2013.
