Resumo:
The current posture of the company in the newest business scenery, in a neoliberal period, it’s to try to development a business management as a promotion to a sustainable development. This new way of management has positives results through practices inside and outside of the company environment that involves politics focused to social responsibility. The present paper it’s developed around the study of some companies that have as base the social responsibility as foundation propellant to their development. It’s presented like this, as constitutionals principles that guide the present research, the company social function, the dignity of human being and the sustainability, essentials factors to reach a business economic development and social in a sustainable way. The work unfolds with the employment of the hypothetical deductive method while as the approach method; the evolutionary historical as procedure methods; and as research technique, was used Bibliographical and documentary research and, this one by a collect of previous informations about the field of interest, by an analysis of judicial decisions. Allowing to finding that the range influence of the social responsibility as propellant incentive of a sustainable development, happen through the integration of commercial strategies, associated to ethical postures, unfolds not only to the realization of transparent negotiations, but mainly with the environmental preservation. Since, this new vision of business management has as one of its goals, the concretion of human dignity, thus subordinating the business activity to the collective wellness of the present and future generations.
